Chinese Stir Fry Sauce


1/2 cup light soy sauce

1/2 cup oyster sauce

1/4 cup Chinese wine (or dry sherry)

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 - 2 tsp ground white pepper

Put everything in a mason jar and shake it up. Throw it on top of any stir fry once you're close to finishing and it will thicken up the veggie/meat juices while flavoring the dish
