    MoLiquor Sauce

    Ingredients

    1. 4 roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise
    2. 1 yellow onion, sliced into thick rounds
    3. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    4. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
    5. 10 large cloves of garlic
    6. 8 dried guajilo chiles, stemmed
    7. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    8. 1/2 cup water
    9. 1 tablespoon kosher salt
    10. 6 habanero peppers, deseeded
    11. 2oz reposado tequila

    Instructions

    1. Put tomatoes, onion, and garlic under broiler for 10-15 minutes (until brown)
    2. Combine then bring water, tequila, and cider to a boil. Turn off and add peppers to soak for 5 minutes.
