Step 1: Find some Taiwanese rice or egg noodles.
Step 2: Julienne carrots and cucumbers
Step 3: Make the sauce:
Sauce (service size 1)
- 1.5 tbsp Tahini or Sesame Paste
- 1.5 tbsp smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Hot noodle water
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
Step 4: Combine everything with some chili sauce on top and eat!
