Ingredients (1 serving)
- 3 tbs of tahini
- 1 dash of toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbs Chinese pickled cucumber or lettuce brine liquid (my secret ingredient don't tell anyone)
- 2 tbs Spicy Chili Crisp (very important)
- 1 tbs Chili paste (not oily)
- 1 tbs Chili oil (homemade or from Chili Crisp sauce)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together, dummy
- Put on noodles
